A Bishop is a Chess piece.

Bishops move diagonally only. Your two bishops will never run into each other because they start on different colored squares and can never leave those colors. They move as many squares as possible on a single diagonal until running into a piece or hitting the side of the board. Bishops are a long-range piece, able to move as many as 7 squares on a single turn. However, they are confined to the color sqaure on which they began. If the target is on a light square and it is on a dark square, too bad. The King cannot be captured.
